The Park - Worst Ever Done

This post is about the sad state of a so called "park" near my area. If you are ever here, check these photos of the water-hole/fishing area in my park:



The water is totally stagnant and there's a bad pungent smell coming out from it. The developers of this park seriously do not know what is the meaning of irrigation. Water needs to have a steady flow so that it's clean and nice, but they have somewhat sealed off all water access and made the pool stagnant. It's a saddening case on how people do not know how to do a proper plan to make the place look nicer.
